Studio Space Available!!!

Hey everyone! Well, Amy and I have decided to move to another studio space AGAIN

This time we are looking to share this fab new space with 2 other photographers The studio will be in our building downtown Grand Rapids on Monroe Ave. We have a great urban/park like setting all around our building, perfect for any photoshoot! Here are the lease details:

Option 1:
$150 per month includes calendar access, office space access (based on availability) meeting space and studio space (all based on availability).
No pictures or signage on the walls or tables. This is option is primarily for studio usage and meetings.

Option 2:
$225 per month you have access to all listed above in option #1 plus you can hang pictures on the wall and have signage on the door and tables.

Both options are a 6 month minimum lease with the option of extending your lease at anytime.

The beautifully styled studio (1400 SQF) is layed out with a kitchen, meeting/reception area, private studio room, office cubby in a separate room and a changing room for your clients! Both options include use of lighting equipment and backdrops, as well as studio props! The studio are offers brightly painted walls, exposed brick, white ceilings, and tons of natural light!

The lease terms will need to start in the first week of November. We will be moving in that week!
