Tara + Mike: 6.20.09 Wedding Preview Part Two

A little later than promised, this is part two of Mike and Tara’s fabulous wedding preview I would like to send a HUGE thank you out to Miranda Hopkins from Inner Circle Photography for driving all the way out here to help me photograph this amazing wedding, you my friend are super stellar

I didn’t get a chance to talk a bit about the day in the previous post, so I would like to take some time to do that now. When I first met with Mike and Tara about 1 year ago they told me about their vision for their wedding. At that moment I knew this was going to be a stunning day. Well stunning is an understatement. Everytime I turned around I was blown away by not only the amazing details that made this wedding as beautiful as it was, but by Tara and Mike themselves. The love they have for each other is an inspiration to, I think anyway, everyone that attended this wedding!

Tara is a natural beauty and really knew how to flow in front of the camera…I seriously could not stop photographing her! Mike was looking super handsome in his suit and what a genuine person he is. I am so fortunate to have meet these two and know that we will be friends for a long time to come!

As I look back on our day together there are some moments that stand out in my mind, here are just a few….
The gorgeous dress Tara had picked out was not only on display when I walked into the hotel room, but she had purchased “pretty” hangers for all the dresses
The “key” necklace that Mike had purchased for Tara and the look on her face when she opened it had everyone in tears
The sweet sweet story that is behind her garter that her mom told us, no joke-I started bawling!!
The AMAZING flowers from Shelly’s Designs that just blew me away
The moment that Tara and Mike saw each for the first time and Mike asked us “can I go to her now?”, I loved that moment
The HUGE pink balloons that Tara had purchased just for their pictures…I love that she put so much thought into every little detail knowing that I would capture it all!

Thank you guys for opening your arms and your hearts to us, we enjoyed every moment of your day!! Have a great time in Italy

P.S..we all loved the “puppy chow” here in the office, what a cute idea for favors!!
